Job Description

  • Continue to monitor and control the performance of new stores in he first 6 months of operation and propose timely improvements.
  • Monitor and be responsible for improving the sales performance of low-turnover stores.
  • Collecting and analyzing market and competitor data to propose appropriate plans and strategies to improve operational efficiency and sales effectiveness for stores. Improve the competitiveness of the chain of stores with direct competitors of the Company.
  • Make periodic reports related to: competitors, product prices, new trends ... and when necessary. Standardize reports (by automation, in-depth analysis ...).
  • Connect with the Project Ground team to survey and evaluate the premises to open new stores.
  • Ensure compliance with the implementation and maintenance of store management regulations, product display, store operating standards and propose appropriate improvements.
  • Proposing ideas in layout design for new shop / repair shop (if any)
  • Handle ongoing evaluation of commercial functions to identify capacity gaps, develop and implement sound corrective action plans consistent with the business strategy.
  • Responsible for implementing the Core Sales Process / online learning programs.
  • Ensure weekly / monthly monitoring of data initiatives, systems / tools and data availability to track results (especially for initiatives) and take corrective actions , if necessary.
  • Ensuring talent development is completed as planned and supporting their capacity development through Sao sales training programs.
  • Jobs that arise in the course of a business.
  • Other jobs as assigned by the direct manager.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor degree or higher of Economics, Pharmacy.
  • Fluent in English.
  • At least 4 years in Retail industry, Pharmacy Retailer or reputational retail chain is preferred at the similar position.
  • Planning and forecasting for midterm and long term.
  • Skills of monitoring and assessment
  • Motivate, training, coaching staffs and delegation; problem solving and decision making skills.
  • Market analysis, market assessment and competitor intelligence, business sense to recognize the threats and opportunities
  • Good in people management, and strong leadership skills
  • Solid background in retail model (store chain).
  • Good communication, build and maintain relationship with governmental organizations.
  • Negotiation skills
  • Male, willing to travel when required
