Responsible for the optimization of sales force efficiency & effectiveness of Diag Vietnam (both B2B- Corporate & B2C - Doctor sales)
- Plan & Develop tracking to monitor & analyze performance & productivity data of Sales Team.
- Key contact point of CRM with objectives to leverage CRM to push sales performance.
- Plan, develop & execute Sales Training/ Coaching program.
- Standardize & Execute Sales Process/ Sales R&Rs
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration
- 2-3 years working experiences in health care/ pharma industry (with minimum 1-2 years working as Sales or Sales Force Effectiveness Role)
- Negotiation Skills
- Project/process management
- Problem solving skills.
- English: Good oral and written communication
