Job Description

Responsible for the optimization of sales force efficiency & effectiveness of Diag Vietnam (both B2B- Corporate & B2C - Doctor sales)

  • Plan & Develop tracking to monitor & analyze performance & productivity data of Sales Team.
  • Key contact point of CRM with objectives to leverage CRM to push sales performance.
  • Plan, develop & execute Sales Training/ Coaching program.
  • Standardize & Execute Sales Process/ Sales R&Rs

Job Requirement

Education:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration

Experience Required:

  • 2-3 years working experiences in health care/ pharma industry (with minimum 1-2 years working as Sales or Sales Force Effectiveness Role)
