At least 6 months. After temporary employment, the staff can be offerred long term contract if he/ she can develop for sales.
Update tariff (rate & surcharge) in the in spreadsheets (excel file) for checking by sales staff;
Assist outdoor sales on sending Rate request, negotiate the rate with oversea Trade Manager for best C&F rate as well as check the agreed rate for FOB account;
File the rate in the system and record in the spreadsheet;
Assist outdoor sales on checking available service, tariff, related local charges, inland haulage tariff, etc. on the web, system or with the oversea Trade Manager and agents;
Support the Sales Team on handling customer's special request for free time/ routing/ waiving/ discount DEM/DET charges/ deposit/ POA, LOI, etc;
Support sales team on preparing the weekly/ monthly marketing report, survey as required;
Support CSD/DOCs on updating service, routine, schedule & send to customer (back-up);
Update customer’s contact in the Customer Contact List;
Others relating to Sales Team jobs or required by the Management.
Bachelor degree either in Transportation or Foreign Trade or Economics or Logistics Management;
Good communication skills;
Working experience is an advantage.
Fresh graduations are also welcome.
