Job Description

1. To assist the supervisor in executing sales strategies to achieve profitability and growth objectives and sets priorities to ensure customer satisfaction in business delivery objectives. Develops and maintains relationships with customers and suppliers and interacts with them frequently and ensure a commitment to customer satisfaction.

2. Work with other HVAC/ACMV Sales Engineers in providing distinctive sales support in HVAC/ACMV equipment, system design and HVAC/ACMV system solutions to satisfy customers’ needs

3. Develop the plans for the equipment sales business in the assigned market segment. Developing the equipment sales business in possession of sustainability, quality earning and continual growth

4. Executing the initiatives and committing to yield total customer satisfaction and achieve the business results

5. To ensure the success of the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Leadership Review Plan (LRP) objectives to his business segment within the HVAC/ACMV sales department

6. Maintain existing customer base and develop new customer base to ensure continuous business growth

7. Maintain constant field intelligence and feedback pertinent information on competitors activities, product, prices, business performance and promotional programmes

8. To manage the secured projects diligently in terms of costing, timely planning of delivery schedule with the factory and the service department, minimise additional rework or unplanned cost and ensure prompt collection

9. Foster strong customer’s relationship with all customers enabling the company to achieve highly profitability and excellent payment collection position at all time

Job Requirement

1. Graduate from  Mechanical Engineering University

2. Minimum 2 years and above experience in sales of air-con or industrial equipment

3. Good command of English (preferable)

4. Having skills on problem solving,communication, presentation and negotiation

5. Work independent or in a team

6. Honest, well organized personalities
