Job Description

  • Quantity: 2 Sales Engineer
  • Searches for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing customer potential in designated regions;
  • Manages and interprets customer requirements - speaking with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs;
  • Persuades clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery;
  • Prepares information for and participate in Project bidding;
  • Project Schedule planning and forecast;
  • Monitors master schedules and deliveries (to follow up with client);
  • Prepares and coordinates customer visit;
  • Monitors change orders and variations / make contract addendums and price variation accordingly;
  • Collects customer feedback information;
  • Contacts customer to introduce USB’s products / services and collect information about the project and try to convince them to put USB specs in the conceptual drawings or tender documents, if any.
  • Prepares revise proposal and / or tender document then submit explain and negotiate with customer.
  • Prepares and have LOI (Letter of Intent) signed by Customer when necessary.
  • Prepares Sales Contract and get it signed by Directors and Customer.
  • Negotiates tender and contract terms to meet both client and company needs;

Job Requirement

  • University degree in Engineering & Construction
  • Have experience in construction field or pre-engineering building is preferred
  • Good Customer Service and interpersonal skills.
  • Good English in speaking and writing.
  • Salary: negotiable
