Customer relationship management in the country and coordinate regular review and contact meetings.
Finding the right Customers, identify what they needs, prepare the value offer, present the best solution, close the deal / Capture the value.
Ensure customer service issues and other customer communications are ly and professionally handled.
Co-ordinate visits to key customers with a focus on customer service, product support and activities that strengthen Crown’s position as preferred supplier.
Co-ordinate with Mother Office to process the Order, plan payment, plan delivery, deliver to Customers and follow-up.
Job Requirement
Background: Engineering/ Mechanical.
Prefer the candidates from HVAC / Air Treatment but not required.
Strongly experience in Sales project from Mechanical, AHU, DHU
Having good in Calculation Heating Load, Moisture Load is an advantage.
Good at Math.
Having wide Relationship with End-Users, The Consultants and the Contractors.
