Experienced (Non - Manager)
- To be accountable for Marine Coatings Sales (target & collection) of dealers nationwide;
- Take the responsible for designated accounts by regularly visiting, timely advising on proper painting systems, “Buy Sell Hierarchy” strengthening and long-term partnership in order to maintain good relationship, understand customer needs and satisfying customer expectations;
- Develop dealers network through market mapping and dealers’ study to strengthen Jotun’s awareness and sales growth;
- Deploy marketing initiatives to ensure best support to growth;
- Conduct training to customers/ dealers to ensure products and application are well-executed.

- University graduate in Technology/ Marine or relevant fields;
- At least 3 year working sales experience in dealer network;
- Ability to build and develop potential dealer relationship;
- Able to achieve target in related sales segment;
- Mature, structured, proactive with strong team spirit and able to work in a professional and challenging environment;
- Able to work independently; build and maintain long-term relationship customers;
- Good presentation skills and ability to present sales documentation professionally;
- Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English;
- Prospect of leadership skills for advanced career development in the future;
- Willing to travelling.
