Job Description

  • Being responsible for sales & merchandising of all DKSH products in Key Accounts
  • To achieve the monthly KPIs
  • To set the monthly sales target for sales supervisors
  • To ensure the listing of new products, newly launched/relaunched products within the time frame
  • To provide sales supervisors/representatives with on field coaching and training
  • To direct sales supervisors to prepare the route plans
  • To manage, direct and supervise the performance of sales supervisors/representatives
  • To develop and motivate the sales team
  • To communicate the activities to sales supervisors/representatives to make sure that the activities are implemented properly and effectively
  • To keep increasing the productivity of sales supervisors/representatives
  • To do daily briefing in order to provide sales supervisors/representatives with sufficient information and help them handle some issues properly
  • To ensure that the inventory at stores are sufficient to serve consumers' demands and avoid OOS
  • To negotiate effectively with customers for any activities/POSM and sales contracts that the sales supervisors can not implement -> negotiation
  • To handle objections and complaints effectively and follow up all the requests from customers
  • To manage A/R effectively
  • To do reports when requested by superiors
  • To provide Account Management team with market information, competitors' activities etc
  • To coordinate with relevant departments to ensure that all supports to sales team are provided timely and effectively
  • To build and maintain the good relationship with customers
  • To manage time effectively to ensure that all the tasks are implemented efficiently

Job Requirement

  • University Degree
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales field
  • Good working experience in MT Channel
  • Good command of English (both written & spoken)
  • Good interpersonal skills in dealing with internal and external customers of all levels.
