Job Description

Manage the assigned routes & customers, provides standard and excellent service to customers, ensuring achievement of targets, KPIs and perfect store activation. Delivering best in class in-store execution.

1. Deliver daily targets (sell out) & KPI, SDO

- Visit all customers in assigned routes

- Develop new customers

- Execute sales B2B best practice

- Maximize trade promotion

- Generate the orders

2. Deliver seasonal target (Mooncake, Tet,….)

- Manage & maintain seasonal customer

- Identify new growth opportunities (new customer, utilize new category/brand to adapt customer needs)

3. Provide excellent service to customers & maintain good relations

- Build good working relation with customers & ensure best-in-class service to all customers

- Identify opportunities & resolve issues with customers

- Ensure timely delivery, maintain healthy stock levels & manage stock ageing

4. Report

- Report information: daily sell out, market intelligence

Job Requirement

-      1 year experience in selling of out of home channel

-      Understanding of customer,  Out Of Home channel and FMCG industry is a plus

-      University Degree with Marketing/Business background is an advantage

-      Presentation skill

-      Able to negotiate with partner

-      Good problem-solving

-      Listening

-      Result-oriented

-      Good verbal and written communication skills

-      Strong negotiation and planning skills

-      Highly self-motivated.
