Experienced (Non - Manager)
· Be responsible for managing direct sales activities in the assigned region in order to achieve agreed Sales KPI as well as company business target.
· To collect debt after sales and manage customers’ credits under the company credit policy.
· To develop relationship with customers, PMUs and relevant authorities in order to find out, collect and analyze the information of market and transport sector to report to line manager.
· To make sales, collection and import forecast, reports …as per company regulation
· Job Requirement
· Minimum University degree
· Minimum University degree of economics or technics. Knowledge of road construction and construction material is preferable
· At least 2 years in sales in industrial or technical sales with B2B
· Sales background with B2B in the field of construction material or technical equipment (cement, paint, steel, machinery, asphalt, construction materials …)
· Professional selling, Planning and Organization, Interpersonal, Communication, Self-motivation, Self learning skills
· Proactive and hard working under high pressure. Positive Attitudes and Behaviors. Good knowledge of business, industry, social. Good health
