Job Description

  • To find and attract customers
  • To hold negotiations
  • To issue commercial quotations
  • Contracts’ signing
  • Market analysis
  • Study of customer needs
  • Control of orders’ execution

Job Requirement

Requirements:

  • Ability to organize the work of the commercial Department (sales Department) from the initial stage
  • Ability to build and expand the client base, develop standards of work of the Department, control work according to various parameters, work with clients and tenders
  • Ability to develop and carry out activities meant to increase sales
  • Ability to evaluate competitive environment, define sales strategy, find new sales channels
  • Experience in a company selling trucks (cars) and / or spare parts is desirable!
  • English language – not less than Upper Intermediate
  • Russian language is desirable

Conditions:

  •  salary – salary rate (based on interview results) + % of sales
  •  paid vacation (yearly), paid sick leave
