Experienced (Non - Manager)
o Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
o Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
o Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
o Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
o Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
o Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
o Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
o Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
o Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
o Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
o Continuously improve through feedback.
o Proven work experience as a sales representative
o Excellent knowledge of MS Office
o Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
o Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
o Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
o Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
o Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
o Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
o BS/BA degree or equivalent
o Intermediate English level
o Coming from electronics manufacturing or 2-Wheel manufacturing.
