Job Description

  • This position will report directly to Regional Sales Manager (SEA).
  • Working environment: European group.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for selling and promoting company products to clients throughout Vietnam.

  • Strategic planning for product penetration to the targeted market in the region according to company’s objective
  • Lobbying company products to the end client, such as Contractors, Developers, Engineers and Consultant
  • Propose, develop and implement regional sales objective to achieve sales volume, pricing and selling cost objectives
  • Develop and maintain on-going relationship with major customer and potential new account
  • Actively looking for opportunity for sale of product and new opportunity in the industry.
  • To supervise the credit situation of customers and payment conditions and decide upon corrective actions if necessary in order to minimise any financial risk while maintaining optimal client relations with respect of corporate guidelines.
  • To implement general selling terms (discounts, payment conditions, delivery conditions…) within agreed procedures and policies.
  • In line with the general strategy concerning targeted markets, products and product applications, to develop a cost and sales effective organization.
  • To propose, develop, implement and monitor sales objectives consistent with the x + 1 target in order to achieve agreed sales volume, pricing, and selling costs objectives, within agreed policies and through focused action programs.

Job Requirement

  • Having CIVIL ENGINEER background.
  • Working experience in MULTINATIONAL COMPANY is a big plus.
  • Working experiences in construction industry or engineering consultant office is a plus point.
  • Experienced in industrial flooring market is a plus point.
  • Knowledge in concrete technology is a plus point.
  • Flexible in time and willing to travel all around Vietnam and other countries when required.
  • Willing to be on hands at the project site to supervise company’s product application when required.
  • Excellent speaking and writing ability of English.
