Executive recruitment specialist Monroe Consulting Group Vietnam is recruiting on behalf of a well-known company in engineering and construction. Our client is seeking for a professional with at least 5 years of experience in sales concrete piles products.

Job Summary:

The Sale Manager will be responsible for boosting sales and expand the market.

Job Responsibilities:

• Come up with sales plan to hit sales target and expand business in the specific market

• Keep updated with project/work information to approach and sales

• Support sales team with technical, sales strategy plan and process

• Support marketing team with current market knowledge for development

• Maintain close relationship with existing clients

• Doing turnover budget, execute market research in term of distributors, current projects and directly report to Country Manager

Job Requirement

•    At least 5-7 years’ experience of sales in concrete piles

•    Bachelor’s degree

•    Other skills: communication (negotiation), interpersonal, planning, organizing, time-management

•    Have experience working with construction companies, M&E, contractors…

•    Good English skills, both writing and speaking
