The Sales Manager who will be responsible for creating, planning, implementing, and integrating the strategic direction of an organization.
· Deploying a business strategy to expand customers
· Identify potential markets with market fluctuations
· Build and develop long-term customer relationships
· Build, optimize the sales process from planning to closing sales
· Responsible for recruiting, allocating goals, training and monitoring the performance of sales staffs
· Manage sales staff to achieve growth and sales goals
· Report on business results, revenue and expenses; make forecasts to the board of directors
