Job Description

  • Build and promote strong customer relationships by understanding their needs
  • Expand the Sales Network and built up an agents’ network nationwide according to directions provided by the management
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic sales forecasts to the management team
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
  • Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
  • Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
  • Work with other departments within the company to bring in additional help on creating sales presentations when needed
  • Ensure adherence to laws and policies
  • Achieve Company’s Sales Target
  • To follow up and secure the payment scheme from customers
  • Provide constantly on the Job Training of Sales Executives on Customer Approach
  • To understand exceptionally well our products, Price levels and Target groups
  • To propose and implement Pricing and Sales Policy
  • To follow up competition and propose actions in order to guarantee increase of Market Share
  • To propose Sales tools allowing to improve customer approach
  • Propose products and services to improve sales
  • Provide Quotations to customers and receive feedback
  • Follow up orders and deliveries
  • Follow up delivery and Installation Process
  • Propose new categories, new products and new collaborations to increase and improve our product portfolio and Sales


  • Furniture Sales and Home Accessories sales through Showroom
  • Furniture Sales and Home Accessories sales through Agents and Architects network
  • Direct Sales to customers via Online and Direct approach
  • Interior Design Projects

Job Requirement

  • Graduated College, University or higher specialized Business Administration/Economics/ Marketing
  • At least 04 years of experience in the position of Sales Manager of a furniture company
  • Priority is given to candidates who have had experience working on the business of interior furniture Sales and interior projects
  • Ability to manage employees
  • Skills in communication, presentation, negotiation, ...
  • Ability to adapt and withstand high pressure jobs.


  • Salary: 15 mil / month +% commission (Probation 85% Basic salary +% commission)
  • Working in a dynamic and professional environment.
  • Bonus for days, holidays, New Year...
  • The regime of social insurance - health insurance according to the regulations of the State
  • Working time: 8h - 17h30 (from Monday to noon Saturday)
