· Developing & implementing company business strategies or initiatives.
· Identify new business opportunity
· Innovating solutions to overcome challenges
· Formulating and driving annual business plan
· Sales report (Quarterly to BoD)
· Developing and manage sales team
· Developing marketing/lead generation channels
· Bachelor or higher level in Business
· At least 7 years of sales. In M&E construction is plus.
· 2 years of management experience, having working experience in FDI companies would be an advantage.
· Business development & team managing experience in B2B environment.
· Ability to think strategically when viewing client challenges and objectives
· Superior communication/ be confident to communicate/ negotiate with C-level and interpersonal skills
· Determined and self-motivated
· Fluently in English. Second language is advantage but not must be requirement.
