Executive recruitment specialist Monroe Consulting Group Vietnam is recruiting on behalf of a global leading manufacturer of industrial products. Our client, a corporation with over a century of history, is seeking a sales professional with at least 5-7 years’ B2B experience for the job of Sales Manager. The job is based in Ho Chi Minh City and report directly to Country Manager.
As Sales Manager, you will work closely with other department (technical, marketing, logistics, customer service…) to develop the B2B business and achieve the sales goals for assigned products in the Vietnam.
· Responsible for sales achievement for B2B business.
· Work closely with distributor: identifying opportunities; developing strategies and activities; monitoring performance; providing support and recommendation; conducting business review; coaching and training dedicated sales team of distributor to equip them with necessary functional skills
· Increase the level of distribution coverage and brand awareness through building new distributor/dealer, developing availability.
· Plan and deploy marketing activities to deliver brand and product knowledge to customers, distributors, sales team
· Visit existing and prospect customers to widen client base and grow the potential for sales activities.
· Conduct market intelligence (competitors, market trend, customer needs…) to develop the business strategies.
· Professional education in engineering, business or related field, or similar level obtained by experience. Engineering background is preferable.
· At least 5-7 years industrial/technical sales experience with proven achievement of sales performance. Having management and development skills of distributors.
· Having good communication, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Well-using Microsoft Office
· Fluent in English
· Requires regular business trip within Vietnam.
