We are looking for potential candidate who has experience in B2B sales channel, bicycle tire products for Sales Manager position with details:
Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients
Setting sales quotas and goals
Overseeing, training and directing performance of the sales team
Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
Defining and executing territory sales plans
Make a sales plan, ensure that the assigned sales and coverage targets are met
Regularly go to the market to find out the needs of customers, search and offer to old and potential customers. Propose forms of customer support suitable to the area in charge to create the best conditions for sales.
Periodically reporting to the leadership
Overseeing local and regional sales, promotions and campaigns
Planning and directing and training of new Sales Representatives
Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally
Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures
Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
Setting and determining price schedules
Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners
Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
Min 5 years experiences in this business field (Factory side or Brand side)
Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
Experience in customer relationship management (CRM system).
Experience managing and directing a sales team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
