The Sales & Marketing Executives for Finished Lubricant Segment is responsible for both selling & marketing activities of Exxon Mobil products into the market of Dak Lak (Buon Ma Thuoc City) and Long Xuyen (An Giang Province).
The scope of works is not limited to collecting, analyze market information and generate report as required. Collaborate with reseller sales team to deploy sales programs, offers to target outlets. Provide periodical report (weekly/ monthly) on assigned job.
1. Collect information on number of universe retail outlet by major brands to identify Mobil product market penetration (numeric and weighted).
2. Analyze and identify key consumer behaviors and trends.
3. Collect competitor’s information on marketing/ promotion program.
4. Create reports based on survey analysis as required.
5. Deploy sales and marketing programs to targeted outlets.
Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/ business administration or related majors
Experience : 1-2 years experience in Sales & Marketing.
Age : 22 years up
Gender : Male
Primary level in English – writing and reading
Good computer skills e.g. practical knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Basic oral and written communication skills to communicate to resellers/ DSR/ IMs .
Ability to analyze and read data.
