Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager:
- Gather market information, synthesize-analyze, and make suggestions to management on sales and marketing policies.
- Calculate and plan import goods
- Develop a sales plan, track and deploy sales of each staff, guide and support them to accomplish assigned goals.
- Implement search, recruitment, training, and personnel structures in assigned area.
- Search for customers in the assigned area, establish and expand customer relationships
- Build the Company's image by providing and promoting product information, policies, regulations, and regulations to employees and customers.
- In charge of debt and inventory management
- Complete all reports in accordance with the Company's regulations.
- Directly report to the General Director
Job Requirement
- Male/Female, Age: 30-40 years old
- Graduated from Intermediate or higher majoring in Pharmacy
- At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing & sales with OTC channel for pharmaceutical products/funtional foods/medical equipment
- Fluent at English
