Develop creative and innovative methods to engage participants and customers before, during and after SEV events and direct coordination of activities to prepare for the day of the event.
Coordinate details of SEV events such as conferences, shows, charity events, sales meetings, business meetings, employee appreciation events and virtual event.
Work closely with the marketing and communications team to ensure delivery of message of participants.
Utilize IT solutions to evaluate registrations, event performance/quality and prepare metrics presentation to plan improvements.
Create and develop programs and initiatives aimed at engaging/growing the number of first timers within the triathlon and running portfolio.
Responsible for the National Athlete Development function including identification of size and potential of communities within each region (through market research), understanding the athlete’s journey (measurement and KPI tracking), developing a core knowledge of the Endurance culture at the country level, and working with the team to identify local partners to broaden and deepen engagement.
Be steadfast in analyzing customer retention issues and acquisition opportunities to drive engagement.
Create and develop a loyalty program across our brands connected on our new digital engagement platform in order to keep athletes within our ecosystem and grow the number of races per racing athlete.
Manage, develop, adapt existing programs including Professional Athletes, VIP, KOL, YPO, Showdown, etc.
Collaborate with multiple internal and external resources to drive engagement, program growth and incremental registrations per racing athlete.
Work closely with functional leads within the SEV to ensure the operations of all registration gateways.
Drive programs within the marketing team and partner with Event Marketing.
Creative Services, Social Media, Email Marketing, Digital Platforms, and Content.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (events management, hospitality, communications, marketing, finance, behavioral science, sports management) or similarly striking life experience required.
