Implement sales strategies in the territory and be responsible for account Volume Sales and commercial/revenue KPIs.
Develop and maintain relationship with key account customers.
B. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1- Functional duties:
POC relationship: Accountable for managing key POC relationship and Wholesaler relationship with the assigned areas in order to ensure smooth sales and smooth operations at POC level.
Sales planning & POC development: Co-develop a monthly POC plan with own team & Regional Sales team to drive sales performance and distribution. Actively identify new POCs that fit the POC profile for Super Premium (particularly Hoegaarden & Corona) listing and work with the respective regional Sales team to contract/ list products within the given investment.
Sales execution: Execute with urgency and discipline sales strategy and Perfect POC execution standards (including promotion, trade programs, visibility) on the POCs within assigned territories. Support Trade Marketing team to execute trade activities at the outlets in the in-charge areas (as aligned with Trade Marketing team).
Team management: Lead, direct, track performance and motivate the sales team in order to achieve the overall sales target. Act as the go-to person for the Regional Sales team to resolve/ de-bottleneck issues that facilitate sales of Super Premium and/or Super Premium POC development.
Reporting: Monitor sales performance of the team and provide report and analysis on sales performance as required by Line Manager.
2- Others: Conduct projects or tasks as and when assigned by Supervisor in a timely manner.
Having good English communication.
Bachelor's degree is preferred
3+ years of experience in the consumer products industry (Experience in beverage, beer/alcoholic industry is a plus)
Or 3+ years in Field and retail sales experience in the beverage industry or other consumer product industries.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Approach all sales & POC development tasks with a deliberate, focused and detailed plan
Ability to prioritize and strong organization skills
Good negotiation & selling skill

Mobility: Willing to relocate for business requirement across regions
