Take care and performing cost-benefit analyses of existing customers,
Follow up and monitor orders,
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Identify customer’s needs/ expectations and assess competitive activities such that sales strategies can be developed to increase sales/ profits;
Cooperate with the Export section to ship on time to decrease inventory turns, reduce product obsolescence and maximize freight advantages
Follow up the Customer payment
Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
Job Requirement
Completed Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Chemicals major or relevant plastic fields)
Minimum one years working experiences in B2B in multinational companies; having sales experience in Multi-layer plastic packaging would be an advantage;
Well communication in English/ Japanese
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
