Job Description

* Responsible for the management and development of the human resources and Admin function:
- Work with the board management to develop the HR strategy and lead the development, implementation, and day-to-day delivery of HR and Admin job to a rapidly growing workforce.
- Build for a professional and high performance HR Team.
- Ensure all human resources policies, procedures and practices are in compliance with labour laws.
- Work closely with managers at all levels to ensure excellent execution of human resources initiatives.
- Handle employee relations, including disciplinary matters, if required.
- Prepare the monthly HR report for meeting and Committee meeting.
- Key external relationships with Tax, Immigration, DOLISA & other regulatory bodies

Job Requirement

- University graduate with a major in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in HR.
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
- Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese
- Excellent knowledge of HR related regulations and laws of Vietnam
- Professional experience within international companies.
- Strong integrity, professionalism and confidential manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactively focused on delivering results
- Approachable, engaging and trusting character
- Well collaborate with the others , Good service-mind
- Good in coaching and teamwork
- Mature and be able to work independently
