Job Description

1. Position Secretary to CEO cum Administrator
2. Role Objective
The incumbent is responsible for CEO’s secretary in Vietnam, Corporate administration jobs and interpreter/ translation jobs.

3. Principal Duties & Key Tasks

3.1. CEO’s secretary during in VN
3.1.1. Organize CEO’s meetings in VN.
3.1.2. Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements
3.1.3. Schedule CEO’s business itinerary and follow-up.
3.1.4. Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
3.1.5. Interpreting in meetings.
3.1.6. Composing minutes of meetings and delivery them in due course.
3.2. Corporate administration
3.2.1. Managing Corporate filing documents, stationery and assets.
3.2.2. Managing and controlling Corporate expenses: Office, taxi, reimbursement…
3.2.3. Making Corporate payment request and follow up.
3.2.4. Welcome delegates from parent company and subsidiaries.
3.2.5. Keeping Corporate stamp and chop on necessary documents under power of attorney
3.2.6. The other functional request from Corporate HR Director.
3.3. Interpreter/ translation jobs
3.3.1. Interpreting for Vietnamese doctors/ nurses who are in the acquired hospitals/ clinics group travelling to Japan for training
3.3.2. Interpreting for Japanese from parent company and subsidiaries during their trips to Vietnam
3.3.3. Translation essential documents when required.

Job Requirement

Academic Background Essential:

BA of related university.

Industry Preference: Health care is a plus

Experience Range Required:

Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in secretary to CEO and in administration management.

Foreign language

Proficiency in Japanese, English communication (both are required)

Other requires

Experience in interpreter is an advantage
