Job Description

  • Review incoming emails to CEO’s mailbox. Summarize email context and report outstanding matters timely.
  • Manage CEO’s working itinerary including setting up appointments, preparing logistics and documents.
  • Schedule effectively CEO’s travel with all relevant arrangement.
  • Review, translate documents from other departments before submitting to CEO (use procedures, internal memos, policies, delegated authorities etc. as base for review)
  • Follow up proposals sent to CEO and tasks assigned down from CEO.
  • Translate/ interpret and make the meeting minute in related event/ meeting when required.
  • Other duties as assigned by CEO.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor or higher with working experience in a similar role. Priority is given to candidates who have experience working in Hospitality field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Sense of responsibility and honest.
  • High level of confidentiality, professional integrity and ethics.
  • Supervisory skills.
  • Proficiency in both oral & written English.
  • Excellent skills with Microsoft Word Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Able to work under high pressure.
