Account Executives work closely with their clients throughout campaigns, often on a daily basis for making sure that all the activities related to the project go smoothly. They manage administrative and campaign work, ensuring that this is all completed on time and on budget.
Deploying commercial exploitation for media channels and marketing services in the MediHub Digital Ecosystem, including: MediTV, M-WiFi Free, Social Network MediHub.vn, PharmaCom (Home Community drugs), MDCom (Community of Health Professionals), Direct Marketing Services (Event, Activation) and Online Marketing Services (Digital & social marketing).
After winning the bid or being selected by the customer to implement the Project, do it directly or participate in coordination with the Project members of BP Account of Commercial Department and related departments such as MediHub Channel, Field Marketing Operation, Creative & Production, PharmaCom, MDCom, Tech, IT, Finance.
Support to manage projects, to meet Client's requirements about objectives, activities, and final results; Ensure the investment cost and profitability of the project according to the Cost & Profit Analysis of each Project approved by the CEO.
Build and maintain relationships with customer to find opportunities to delivery service of MediHub.
Define the sales goals, commit to the Head of Department
Report regularly to line managers.
Education, qualifications and experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Pharmacy
At least 2-year experience at Agencies, especially in pharmacy industry
Proven experience as an Senior Account Executive/ Account Specialist, or in other Sales/Customer service role
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamic equirements
A business acumen
Aesthetic, adaptable, tenacious, systematic, innovative and nsightful
Ability to plan the strategic proposal in both English and Vietnamese languages, with clear format for customer to easily understand, highly convince to win bidding packages or projects
Ability to create, analyze, present, communicate, persuade, and handle problems
Communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
Organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work long hours, especially under a tight deadline
