As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for serving and taking care of Corporate Clients to:
- Implement sales plan and achieve sales targets
- Be responsible for managing customer relations and sales
- Maintaining and expanding good relationships with existing clients
- Contact/ meet customers, uncover the needs, deliver the best solutions that help customers solve their recruitment needs
- Ensure prompt collections and credit control
- Be responsible for after-sales service
- Carry out other tasks as assigned by BDM
- Bachelor degree or equivalent education is required.
- 3+ years of experience in business development in Recruitment Company or Consultants in Executive Search Company.
- Good and aggressive client service skills to develop business with corporate clients.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill to communicate effectively with clients at high level.
- Good at using office software such as MS Excel, Word, Power-point.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Good command of presentation.
