* Sales tasks
- Making market analyses, identify potential sectors to focus, study to understand status of competitors in Food, Enviroment testing and Inspection service in North of Viet Nam
- Set up & coaching business development team, managing daily sales activities of team member to achive their individual target
- Handle to develop existing and new large account to achive your own assigned target
- Working closely with Business Development Manager, daily reports to update the status of sales activities
- Prepares annual, quarterly, monthly, weekly update accounts on current opponents or business possibilities.
- Work together with colleagues from other departments to improve efficiency and overall service delivery.
- Take part in interview of candidates while supporting decision making to hire successful applicants.
- Offer inspiration and training of internal sales personnel on how to attain business sales objective.
- Specific tasks which is assinged case by case by Business Development Manager
* Marketing tasks
- Join with Marketing Executive to organizing workshop, exhibition, comercial event,...
- Corporate & provide information related to market/clients to Marketing executive to prepare E news letter or upoading in website.
* PR tasks
- Maintain and develop relationship with existing and new consultants company
- Develop relationship with Assossiation, NGOs, Goverment authorised to support for business
- Ability to direct and be a mentor on the sales ground by actively working to achieve sales objectives.
- At least 1 year in similar position, background of Aquaculture/ fishery is an advantage
- Strong communication skill, negociation skill, active & business mindset
- Ability to work hard under high pressure
- Good speaking/writting/reading English
- Office computerskill ( word, exel, ppt)
- Traveling offen between provinces
