As a Compensation and Benefits Specialist at Kilo, you will ensure fair and accurate compensation, including regular salaries, bonuses, incentives, salary matrix and any additional types of employee benefits and ensure these comply with the current legislation.

C&B operation: (80%)
Manage and conduct the company policies and procedures (employee data and annual leave management, benefits execution, on-boarding & off-boarding processes…)
Process and ensure a proper control of monthly payroll for employees (Payroll data/Payroll execution/Payslip…)
Deal with all relevant PIT matters (registration, declaration,finalization)
Well understand and process the statutory social/health/unemployment insurance matters and other statutory DOLISA reports (labor usage/annual self-check/labor accident reports….)
Handle benefits operations including medical insurance benefits administration, annual health check, other benefits in accordance with the Company policies
Legal paper works for foreign staff and family (Visa, work permit, resident card, and others related to living necessities…)
Identify the significant or potential issues/risks to propose the solutions and timely escalate to higher levels
Propose, evaluate and modify the policies to make sure that all the C&B policies are competitive and in compliance with legal requirements.
Support to perform compensation and benefit surveys to determine, establish, and maintain market competitiveness.
Support in organizing Company’s events to enhance employee’s engagement and promote a fun but professional environment: including but not limited to Team-building activities, year-end party or company trip (if any).
Support Managers in periodic and ad hoc performance evaluations and annual salary review.
Support in HR projects from time to time.
Others as assigned by the line manager.
At least 4 years experience in C&B role (for scale of over 200 staffs) in relevant tasks with good knowledge of labor law, PIT Law, Social Insurance Law and other related regulations
Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits
Excellent time management skills and ability to plan and set priorities
Good at MS office (word, excel, power point..) and database system
Good at communication and customer-oriented
Good at English both speaking & writing
Mature, careful and result-oriented
Ability to work under tight deadlines and high pressure and complete tasks in a timely manner
Ability to work in a fast paced working environment.
