Job Description


  • Responsible for creating campaign ideas – both from internal data & market scans
  • Creating dashboards to track performance of the campaign (both on-going & the ones-handed over to BAU)
  • Provides insight for the campaign (e.g. why it’s performing better or worse this week)


Internal (within VPB FC): All key stakeholders of projects

  • Cooperate with key stakeholders to create and implement projects
  • Establish and maintain close rapport with all relevant parties such as other departments, divisions, business units to obtain support in delivering desired deliverables.

External (outside VPB FC): Vendors

  • Implement projects and deliver desired deliverables as per requests of BOM


Creating projects campaign to Commercial Strategy, including:

  • Asses internal data to find initiatives to improve sales efficiency in both digital & traditional channels, for various products in FE
  • Complete a market scan to find related campaigns to commercial strategy

Monitor the performance of campaign

  • Create dashboard for both on-going campaign & the campaign handed-over BAU
  • Develop insights of why the campaign is going well/ not well in order to enhance its effectivity to meet the business objective
  • Manage coordination with the related team both in terms of dashboard creation & finding insight

Building functional capabilities of Insights providing & Market research: Develop understanding of data within FE Credit, data management to create campaign & visualization of the data

  • Conduct market research in an efficient & insightful manner
  • Building strong relationship with main functions to empower effectiveness of those functions ( BICC, AA team…)

Initiating initiatives based on analysis at management view to increase efficiencies of Sales

  • Assist in providing insights for the commercial department to analyse possible initiatives
  • Conduct market scan and analysis to ensure that innovative commercial strategy is innovative and optimized

Resolving & escalating to authorities level departmental issues in assigned functions.

Job Requirement

  • Master or Bachelor Degree with majors: Data Management, Business Management, Finance, Economics or Accounting, Risk management or any qualitative field.
  • At least 2 year of experience of data analysis, business analysis or market research
  • Experience in project management/participation in projects is preferable
  • Language requirements – Vietnamese – native, English – fluent
  • Computer Skills:. Advanced in SQL, MS Excel,  understanding of data processing & analytics.
  • Defining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders
  • Problem solving
  • Ability to work under high pressure
  • Power BI, Python coding will be a plus
