Participate in planning of strategies, KPIs, budget, workplans, etc.
Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and coordinate teams on a daily basis to promote the implementation of key strategies.
Conduct industry and market research, facilitating overall strategy and investment strategy, and identifying potential investment opportunities aligned with overall growth strategy. Keep up with thorough knowledge of market changes and forces that influence the organization. Identify opportunities for growth, new partnerships, and new customer.
Drive and coordinate the preparation of materials for regular reporting for both internal stakeholders and external stakeholders.
Develop and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to measure inventory, quality, and production efficiencies. Develop reporting tools to monitor ongoing performance of company.
Ensure company policies and guidelines are communicated all the way from the top down in the company and that they are followed at all times.
Oversee and ensure compliance to all applicable regulations, legal requirements, and other directives
2-3 years of working experience in strategy, management consulting or operation. Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.
Familiar with corporate and management best practices. Strong knowledge of Cambodia market is preferred.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
