  • Assisting customers with processing transactions, such as collateral handover, payments, document submission …
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • To handle safekeeping of all original credit files, collateral

Job Requirement

  • Degree qualified in a quantitative discipline.
  • Preferred experience gained in retail and/or wholesale products either the banking or finance industries.
  • Effective written and oral communicator.
  • Good time management skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • English skills is a plus
