Job Description

Job Summary

  • The key responsibility is creating and executing the marketing strategy. You will lead marketing campaigns, manage marketing expense, evaluate marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Plan and implement strategies of digital marketing and social media (paid & organic), mobile marketing and owned online channels.
  • Develop and optimize of performance channels (Google, Facebook, Admicro…) to keep KPI (Online Sales, Lead, Awareness…).
  • Liaise with global digital team to further develop, plan digital strategies and report performance for local market.
  • Manage budget, supervise biddable booking operation and others.
  • Analyze performance & build recommendation on regular basis.
  • Continuously update with all recent new solutions on platforms they work on (Google/ Facebook etc.).
  • Oversee website and social media content/messaging.
  • Collaborate with other teams to promote offerings.
  • Coordinate and ensure the digital content creation according to marketing plans and further identified opportunities to keep customers engaged.
  • Coach and mentor team members. Identify training needs of team members.
  • Identify and negotiate partnerships for co-branded campaigns.
  • Plan and own the digital work process, establishing good working relationships with internal team and partners on e-commerce platforms.

Job Requirement

Qualification and experience:

  • Education: Bachelor Degree in related fields.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of marketing experience in hands-on experience in digital marketing campaigns and direct marketing programs.
  • E-commerce experience is a big plus.
  • English: business level in both verbal and written communication.
  • Computing: MS Office proficiency (Worod, Excel, PowerPoint).

Personal skills and attributes:

  • Proven multi-channel marketing expertise – with a heavy emphasis on online and direct to consumer marketing.
  • Negotiation and partner management skills.
  • Ability to manage workflow effectively both internally and with third parties.
  • Experience interfacing effectively with multiple levels of management, ranging from senior corporate executives to line managers.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and negotiation skills – particularly within large organizations.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven with excellent attention to details.
  • Have a passion for learning.
  • Must be a strong team player.
  • Strong technical knowledge with an analytical mind.
