Responsible for implementing the sales strategy, optimizing the relationship, sales opportunities, existing product lines to achieve goals, objectives for assigned territory; Build up and manage the Coaching Programs to coach Team effectively.
Lead and Support Sales Team to reach the Sales Revenue Budget;
Follow up the Business Plan and reports to Sales Manager;
Maintain & develop the KOL Relationship well;
Manage Sales Strategic/ Tactic to penetrate the Key Accounts;
Identify the Sales Opportunities to develop business;
Propose Pricing Strategy based on the company’s pricing guidelines and market trends;
Resolve problems related to Payments, Delivery and Product;
Propose Sales & Marketing Activities to grow up Business;
Manage Expense Budget and Comply with company’s Sales Policy, Guidelines;
Have a solid understanding of Medical Equipment Tenders and Customers’ Medical Equipment Demand;
Have a solid network with local sub-dealers;
Participate all tender procedures.
Build up the Reasonable Business Development Plan for assigned territory;
Forecast Sales, Products for assigned territory monthly;
Assess Salespersons’ work productivity quarterly;
Collaborate with the Operation Dept. to place PO and manage inventory well;
· Motivate and Coach Sales Team;
· Assists salespersons to develop the personal contact and engage them to influencer;
· Build up the Coaching programs/ seminars related to how to penetrate and expand market to grow up sales, profitability; Soft skills such as Communication skill, Negotiation skill, Feedback skill…;
· Participates and engages the Self-Development Programs.
· Any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by Line Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS AND KNOWLEDGE
At least Bachelor’s degree or above (in Business Administration, Biomedical, Marketing or equivalent);
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience related to Medical Business and over 2 years working experience at the same position.
Good working experience and knowledge in Healthcare Industry;
Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills;
Good problem-solving skills;
Ability to sustaining strong customer relationship;
Ability to communicate, write and read documents related to technical specification of Medical Equipment in English;
Ability to work effectively with teamwork;
Ability to plan, organize workshop/ technical training session;
