Mainly act as a business partner with role focusing on Budgeting, Planning and Analysis, P&L Management of the business Unit
Manage operation finance team and coordinate with regional team to ensure smooth budget preparation, monthly closing, inventory costing management, expenses control, project transfer, cost saving project…
Provide controllership related to costing & inventory accounting/processes in Business Unit (inventory control, std cost improvement)
Perform cost and financial related indicator analysis (PPV, labor variance, overhead cost variance…)
Partner with operation leaders by involving more in operation matters (Custom, HR, Production, WH, Supply Chain, IT), to advise and consult to operation leads during setup and ongoing operation improvement projects
Support weekly/monthly finance operating processes, plant financial ops review. Identify root causes and recommend for improvement and action plan to control and support other departments in delivering the company target
Ensure compliance with all local and corporate statutory laws, rules and regulations
Education University – accounting or finance, Master of Accounting/finance is advantage.
Technical Skills and Prior Experience
Experience in similar roles in manufacturing environment as supply chain finance manager/business partner.
Must have strong experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and ERP
Good communication, problem solving & influencing skill
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
