Job Description

  • Follow up the timeline of training programme at HMC, Hospitals
  • Together with Senior T&D Manager in design and organize the training content
  • Support team in organizing the event internal and external
  • Be the trainer in some course at HMC or hospital
  • Manage the annual training budget
  • Regularly monitor existing internal and external training programs to ensure their suitability and alignment to the employees’ development plan.
  • Make report as per request
  • Assist line manager for logistic tasks

Job Requirement

·         Bachelor Degree-holder with minimum 3 year’ of experience in human resources; Specialy in training

·         Experiences in E-Learning system

·         Experiences working in MNC Group, Banking is a plus

·         Confident, dynamic

·         Fluently in English
