Job Description


  • Handle all kinds of job advertisements for internal positions (when needed)
  • Take care of applications and screen candidates-paper
  • Interview potential candidates before recommend to managers of lines of services
  • Control and follow up Staff Referral Program
  • Keep candidates database updated
  • Develop testing system for different positions (if required)
  • Control recruitment budget and recruitment expenses record
  • Involve in developing recruitment policy for the company


  • Deliver good & effective training programs in different methods of training and different types of training (Orientation, functional knowledge, soft skill…)
  • Organize training courses effectively based on the annual training plan to meet the internal customers’ needs
  • Search and recommend proper training courses to line managers when the training program needs to be outsourced
  • Monitor training results and evaluate training quality
  • Follow up staff training, filing and logistic system
  • Involve in Learning Need Analysis process
  • Involve in developing training policy for the company

Communication and others

  • Involve in promoting internal communication, such as sharing, internal e-letters… (if any)
  • Participate in organizing company activities/events such as outing/company trips, year-end party/ quarter birthday party, etc.
  • Support HR team in other related works and conduct other works assigned by HR Manager

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management/Education/Business Administration
  • 2-3 years of working experience in HR field
  • Strong organization skills
  • Effective communication and influencing skills
  • Strong interpersonal and good presentation skills
  • Ability to work professionally and under high pressure
  • Having a strong teamwork style and high commitment
  • Demonstrated a good commitment aptitude, customer oriented, problem solving and judgment skills.
  • Fully proficient with MS Office
