Job Description

  • Control time checking attendance, all kinds of leaves and other welfares for employees
  • Follow, handle and report works relating with Social, Health and Unemployment insurance, etc.;
  • Make claims for insurance benefits for employees ( sick leave, maternity leave, workmen compensation, labor accident….) and follow up the payment for employees
  • Follow all activities and procedure that relating with development Employees as probation time, labour contract, insurance, promotion , termination;
  • Respond to employees’ concerns relating to C&B policies and practices;
  • Calculate payroll, make sure data correctly and payment on time. Print and send payslip to Employees and answer Staff’s queries about payment;
  • Take apart all auditing from customers;
  • Make monthly HR report to Superior;
  • Prepare periodical labor reports to be sent to Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs;
  • Prepare and manage files and records related with tasks;
  • Support, prepare Company documents that related to Authority;
  • Other tasks assigned by the Superior.

Job Requirement

  • Graduated university in administrative, human resources or other related fields.
  • Have at least 3 years working experience at the same position.
  • Familiar with Vietnam Labour Law.
  • Detail-oriented, able to work independently and with good time management and communication skills.
  • Good command of English
