- Fully responsible for and take good care of assigned local centers in terms of sales, traffic performances, as well as indoor and outdoor visibility to maximize the location awareness of the centers in coordination with internal (Digital, Creative, telesales, products) and external teams (Customer care, Centers, Education consultant, Academic...)
- Proactively own and well manage all below the line (BTL) activities for promoting the products within the product line and local center performance.
- Take care of product demos/ promotion /samplings/ trade activations & opening new Center.
- Cascade and well adapt all Marketing campaign in the scope of assigned centers to enrol new students
- Develop and flawlessly execute BTL marketing activities (events / workshop / seminar / open day ... at centers and around the neighbor) to enrol new students, new deals, and new leads.
- Develop and maintain the network of relationship with partners (school, authority and other business partners).
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Develop quality control system to maintain the service level and quality of product.
- Conduct & execute market research and keep an eye on every competitor’s movement.
- Nurturing lead for further following before transferring to sales team.
- Prepare and adhere to budgets.
- Collaborate with sales and sourcing to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities.
- Bachelor of Marketing/Communication/Business or related fields.
- Minimum 2 year experience in Marketing at the same position.
- Be creative with event ideas and planning.
- Be detailed-orientation and prudent in implementation.
- Proactive and “can-do” attitude
- Excellent in communication skills, both in verbal and written types of communication.
- Excellent in Microsoft office
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written communication).
- Multi-tasking and able to work under pressure and constantly changing environment
