- We are seeking a high performing sales executive to generate new business revenue. The role will focus on identifying and driving revenue opportunities for ASM’s media network.
- Leverage knowledge and relationships with brands and media agencies to develop revenue opportunities
- Manage client relationships from initial plan, through closing and transition/onboarding, and long-term strategic account growth
- Creatively explore upselling and packaging opportunities to create co-sell offerings
- Build deep trusted relationships/partnerships with brands, media agencies in order to serve their integrated marketing needs
- A 7+ year revenue development career track focused on OOH/Shopper media expertise, preferably in consultative selling to brand marketing decision makers and/or similar senior levels of media agencies
- Experience must include an annual sales target above VND10bio with an active client list. Others need not apply.
- Solid understanding of the OOH/Shopper landscape including industry trends, key players, terminology and overall knowledge of media landscape
- Motivated by a rewarding, commission-based compensation plan
- Ability to make cold calling and prospecting
- High energy, self confidence, communication skills and drive to make things happen.
* Remuneration and other benefits:
- Base salary per month ranges from VND20mio to VND40mio based on experience and market knowledge plus attractive sales commission
- Monthly allowance and 13th month base salary
- Social insurance plus annual health package
- Working time: Mon – Fri from 9:00am – 5:00pm; 15 days fully paid annual leave
