This position will be responsible of processing the movement/transferring/termination process of both FSC (Financial Services Consultant)/ BSM (Bancassurance Sales Manager) and Bank partner’s staff.
- Process efficiently and pro-actively FSC/BSM personal information update, payment information update, movement, promotion, demotion, termination, policy mapping/transferring, etc. in the system.
- Process efficiently and pro-actively Bank Staff personal information change, transferring, termination, policy mapping/transferring, etc. in the system.
- Contribute to and involve in system enhancement; testing the new system if required
- Coordinate with related departments to ensure support quality to sales force and sales activities accordingly.
- Support BSM in travel claims
- Carry out other tasks assigned by superior / department head
- University Degree, majored in Economics, Finance, Marketing, Social Sciences or Business Administration
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience with MNC or multi-cultural environment, preferably in insurance/banking or FMCG industries with similar scope of works and/or business support related matters.
- Good at Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Power Point
