Assist Risk Management Function in monitoring and consolidating Risk Management Information for timely escalation/ regular risk reports to Local Management and Group office.
Assist Risk Management Function in managing incidents/ issues; ensure root causes, mitigating/ preventive actions are defined, properly addressed, and followed up.
Perform independent Key Control Self-Assessment reviews to challenge the certification made by 1st Line of Defence and other requirements for Risk Management function in accordance with Internal Control procedure.
Coordinate with project owners in risk assessment for new projects/ initiatives; provide an independent view, constructive challenges and ensure identified issues are properly assessed and mitigated at acceptable level.
Provide an oversight on the implementation of physical security standards and other requirements to which facilities of the company.
Schedule and arrange risk management training program, risk awareness activities, risk meetings/ committees as planned.
2+ years experiences in risk management, operational risk, and/or control in insurance/ financial services organization.
Effective communication skill.
English communication skill (intermediate level).
Understanding of the interaction of assets and liabilities, capital, product, financial reporting, operations, and related business risks is a plus.
