Process admin (35%)
- Update business processes & departments’ functions & duties according to approved documents.
- Participate in whole process of promotion – transfer / rotation – relocation for all positions (including filling forms, input data, issue decisions in paper.)
- Update Company Org Chart & Dept. Chart according to approved documents.
- Follow-up resign / transfer cases.
Project admin (50%)
- Participate in SAP - LMS project as team member.
- Prepare, complete and/or revise import data files.
Other task-team projects (15%)
- Cooperate with his/her superiors to execute task-team projects.
- University degree
- At least 3 years’ experience in HR Learning & Development
- Good at PC skills (MS Windows, MS Office etc.)
- Good communication in English (both verbal and written)
- Interpersonal and team-building skills
- Able to work independently and under high pressure
- Detail oriented, well-organized
