Lead operational purchasing activities for business support - Factory and office supply, consumable, stationary, etc.
Assist direct manager to develop and implement procurement strategies, policies and procedures that ensure the correct structures, systems, resources and processes in place, in order to meet requirements of operation in assurance of supply, quality, service, cost, innovation and regulatory compliances.
Develop partnership relationships with suppliers including meet, negotiate and review performance activities.
Liaise with stakeholder community - understand what they need from the supply chain
Monitor, record and drive improved performance from suppliers
Investigate and suggest new supply partners
Improve procurement processes and ensure adherence to procurement policies/governance
Implement and follow up activity basing on general plans of the procurement from direct manager from time to time in order to meet and align with operational business objectives.
Keep following the procurement framework to make sure proper procurement processes for goods and services meet standard/quality requirements and optimum price and terms.
Coordinate with relevant parties to carry to evaluate current vendor and investigate/survey new sources of supply.
Bachelor degree, at least 3 years related working experience multinational and fast-pace environment.
Proficient computer skills, including MS Excel and SAP system.
Good at English (commercial English-written and spoken).
Strong in communication, detail-oriented, negotiation skill, direct, straight forward, high integrity and transparency.
Strong interpersonal skills, independent, agile and quick adapt in changing environment.
