Job Description

1. In charge full circle of recruitment from defining suitable demands to building the talent pool and hiring

2. Follow up, analyst and improve quality, effectiveness & performance of each step on hiring process

3. Evaluate and screen potential candidates; support stakeholders in the hiring process.

4. Develop online and offline channel to reach potential candidates and increase awareness of Concung recruitment brand

5. Lead Ad-hoc projects of team. Instruct and mentor new employees or colleagues.

Job Requirement

- Experience working with a fast-growth organization with competing priorities
- 3+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience
- Strong candidate sourcing skills and abilities to attract passive candidates and build proactive pipelines through cold calling and networking
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- High level of initiative with a drive for results
