Retail Instalment is a key role within the CCBC is responsible for ensuring that customers continue to spend with FE Credit card as their primary credit card.
Retail Instalment program is one of the key drivers of critical vectors in cards business such as: Retail Spend Volumes, Net Receivables, Income build up through 1 & 2 above.
Internal : Risk, Operations, Technology, Customer Service, Sales and Finance
Rolling out new products & propositions, chalking out and executing portfolio optimization strategies, driving spends & usage for the overall cobranded and affinity card portfolio.
External : Large E-com retailers, TELCOs, Loyalty and fulfilment vendors, Outsourced technology providers etc.
To forge strategic alliances to grow card sourcing, improve acquisition and usage programs & processes as well as to launch cobranded credit cards.
To drive overall retail installment programs but not limited to event linked promotions, special benefits, on an end to end basis including concept, execution and fulfillment
To identify, engage and tie up new strategic partners for retail instalment platform of FE credit cards. To track closely the receipt of subventions and linked agreements as well. To continuously drive the product penetration through digital channels. Come up with unique and innovative solutions to drive the volumes.
To monitor closely performance of Retail Instalment & ensure the program brings positive results in term of financial to FEC card portfolio. Ensure that product is in line with all regulatory aspects as well as internal audit guidelines. Ensure that competition tracking is done in a timely manner and results shared with the wider team.
To work closely with operations, internal IT & external partners to enhance customer experience through optimize and develop new ways of registering retail instalment program for FEC cardholders
Other tasked required by Unit Head and Team Leader
Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree holder with a good track record in Card/ Payment roles and also strong experience in partnership roles.
At least 4 years of relevant experience of which at least 2 years should be spent in managing cardholders spends or credit card portfolio.
Specialized role where the incumbent should have managed card spend and usage programs, driven portfolio products in cutting edge environments or large local banks.
Strong understanding of local environment highly preferred.

Strong business acumen, deep understanding of credit card financials and portfolio indicators, deep understanding of managing customer life cycle, very strong analytical skills.
