Job Description

This position is responsible for the sales activities under general Industries, Food & Packaging and Process Industry across Vietnam to achieve turnover, profit and cost targets

• Contribute & participate in managing the overall general Industries, Food & Packaging and Process Industry

• Translate together with the Country Manager the sales strategy into the country sales strategy by breaking down strategic objectives into initiatives and activities

• Ensure effectiveness implementation of define industries segment’s sales strategy

• Develop local pricing strategy & policies to ensure that the sales targets are met as defined

• Continuously grow the presence of company in the market of responsibility (market share)

• Define, implement and monitor sales structures, sales channels and policies to assure the achievement of

established objectives

• Responsible for customer relationship management to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction; visit top

customers due to big quotations or complain

• Personally take care of acquisition and supervision of key customers/ accounts and negotiate special prices who are of strategic importance to the organization

• Understand and evaluate market trends and competitor activity and implement the necessary measures for the

target industry segments

• Formulate innovative sales and marketing plan that supports the business goal

• Organize and conduct product or business seminars/presentations/training for targeted customers

• Plan and and recommend on specific products for stocking purpose

• Prepare sales forecasts, monitor sales volume, revenues and costs against forecasts to identify problem areas and adapt procedures to improve the overall performance of the sales team

• Coach sales representative on the technical aspect of organization product and service ; marketing campaign,

sales technique, procedure, standard, selling skills and driving it towards target achievement.

• Work together with Human Resources for staff recruitment, training and development and ensure processes and system are in place to retain talented staffs

• Other duties and tasks as assigned

Job Requirement

  • Minimum 2 years of Business Development experience
  • Engineering Degree (Automation, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or Mechanical)
  • Effective English Communication
  • Performance Orientation, Problem Solving, Openness and Flexibility, Toughness, Tolerance, Strategic orientation, Entrepreneurial thinking and Market awareness, Customer orientation, Decision making and Responsibility
