International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a global logistics service provider. Our client is seeking for a Senior Sales Executive with strong experience in sales in a freight forwarding company. This job base in HCM city/Hanoi
Job Summary:
The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for generating new clients through prospecting, leveraging network connections, and building trust to maintain customer relationships. This position will also be responsible for daily communications with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are being met, as well as continuously developing new business strategies to increase client base.
Job Responsibilities:
Achieve sales target set in agreement with sales management
Create a pipeline of potential customers, actively developing relationships and nurturing them
Identify new sales opportunities with the sales team
Build and maintain your own portfolio of customers
Solving clients' issues and complaints independently and professionally
Maintain a high level of service and customer focus
Work closely with the operations team to get feedback and monitor sales activity for value added sales
To actively monitor and evaluate client portfolio achieving high satisfaction and client retainment
Frequently visiting new customers as well as regular customers out of office
Participate and engage actively in sales meetings in and outside organization
Completing administrative tasks with timely diligence
Graduated University, with at least 4 – 6 years' experience of Sales/Business development in Freight Forwarding and Logistics field.
Fluency in English and Vietnamese both written and spoken
Preferred candidate will have experience in chemical logistics.
Proficiency in computer literate, such as Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Good communication skill, customer focused, achievement driven, teamwork and able to work under pressure
Outgoing and skilled at approaching people, maintaining and retaining relationships both externally and internally
